As an instructional designer, I design and develop courses to be presented in a live virtual platform. The design process is similar to the design and development of an asynchronous eLearning course. An additional step may involve training the trainer so that the trainer is comfortable facilitating the course. Each deliverable is subject to feedback and revisions before the course is ready to be presented.
This course was developed as part of a larger course on soft skills. Its purpose is to introduce the learner to the concept of emotional intelligences and how the knowledge and practice of these skills can improve relationships and overall morale in the workplace.
