I am an instructional designer and eLearning developer. Prior to this role, I was a K-12 educator. Helping others grow in their knowledge and abilities was one of the aspects I enjoyed most in my long-term career as an educator.  I now bring that same enjoyment of helping others into my instructional design career.  

As an instructional designer, I have a desire to meet the needs of corporations through the design and development of learning solutions that will satisfy business objectives.  Working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and solve gaps in learning, I bring an eye for detail in the design and development of various learning solutions, including eLearning modules developed in Articulate Storyline and Rise, job aids, microlearning, instructor-led training, and virtual instructor-led training.  I work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders throughout the process to ensure the most accurate results.  Knowing that I bring solutions to problems that change behaviors and increase productivity propels me in my quest as a life-long learner to continually increase my own knowledge and abilities in the ID field through professional development opportunities.  

I created this brief About Me video using Vyond Animation. I chose to use the Whiteboard features that are part of the Vyond program. Creating this video gave me another opportunity to explore all that Vyond has to offer. It's a great tool for creating instructional videos.
